Featuring free bikes, the hotel was a breath of fresh air. Exploring the vibrant beach area was made even more enjoyable with these convenient wheels. Like a kid on a new bike, I pedaled along the picturesque coast, feeling the wind in my hair and the excitement in my heart.

this apartment met needs well; would stay here again. i had a very relaxing stay, with location close to bars and restaurants. it had a marvellous and good setting just next door to the village centre for food, the beach and boardwalk and boardwalk. i thoroughly enjoyed comfortable bed. pool was nice.

our recent family holiday in alvor exceeded all expectations. the immaculate apartment at vila da praia provided everything we needed and more. the balcony, equipped with a hammock, offered a lovely view of the village and the pool area was spotlessly clean. a big thank you to maria for being a wonderful host.

It offers a mid-stay cleaner and laundry service, which is a convenient perk. the balcony is lovely and catches the sun in the morning and evening, offering a nice view of the village. the shower and kitchen appliances are modern, and the apartment even provides clean mats for the sun loungers. the pool area is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a friendly staff member ensuring its tidiness. Vila da Praia is one of the best complexes in Alvor.

Felt like at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a great value for our money at the hotel. The room was immaculate, well-equipped, and even had a mid-stay cleaner and laundry service, which is quite unique. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and the village center. The staff, especially Maria, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment at Sweethome At Vila Da Praia in Alvor was really cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved the fully equipped kitchen with the fridge and coffee machine, which made it convenient for me to prepare meals and enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Having a dishwasher in the apartment was a great bonus as it made cleaning up after meals a breeze. The flat-screen TV with cable channels provided entertainment options for when I wanted to relax and unwind. It was nice to have both bed linen and towels provided, saving me from having to bring my own.

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but others might still find it perfectly adequate.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions in the area. Another advantage was the peace and quiet we experienced throughout our stay, allowing for a relaxing and romantic escape.

The outdated television in the apartment, but honestly, we didn't come here to sit and watch TV all day. The only other minor issue was the lack of storage space for clothes, but considering the accommodation was originally intended for four guests and we were a couple, it wasn't a major concern.

The location is magnificent and lovely, really close to the beach, bars, and restaurants. It's just a 10-minute walk to Praia do Alvor Nascente.- Everything is fantastic, with Alvor, Lagos, and Portimao nearby.

The TV could do with an upgrade.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decor of the hotel. The attention to detail in the furnishings and the lovely artwork on the walls made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the easy accessibility for senior people. The hallways were wide enough for me to navigate with my walking aid, and there were handrails in the common areas for added support. It was such a pleasure to stay in a hotel that was considerate of the needs of older guests.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and helpful. While the staff was friendly overall, there were a few instances where I needed assistance and it took them some time to respond.

There was a supermarket just a short 5-minute walk away, as well as nearby bus stops for local services. the complex felt secure and had the added bonus of underground parking. the pool was a great place to relax by, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed and more, including a full-size kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The balcony overlooking the gardens was a lovely touch, and the entire complex was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Cons: Nothing to be said. 🤷‍♀️.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and village center, and the apartment had everything I needed and more. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind and soak up the sun. Sweethome at Vila Da Praia exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely return. It was truly a pleasure to stay there.
